10 big/fat jalapenos (not the skinny ones)
3 large/medium tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
Salt
Boil the jalapenos, tomatoes, cloves until very soft.
Take out of water and put in blender with salt to taste.
If the salsa is TOO hot, add another tomato.
If the salsa is not as hot as you would like it to be, add more jalapenos.
The key is to get it to your taste.
